i need help When I try to register the Razer Blackshark V2 X to my account, it says it has already been registered.

pls help razer support i buy this headset this week and need configure it

Please find your device's 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the box, as mentioned here. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, I recommend contacting the reseller for a refund. Please note that product registration is for warranty purposes. You can purchase your Razer devices from the authorized Razer resellers to make sure its genuine.
