Hello, esteemed Razer team notice stating that "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" appear when I tried to activate my Black Shark V2 X headphones.I appreciate your assistance and ask that you get in touch with me to let me know what information and papers are needed.

+1Return it and get it from legit source and not temu/aliexpress or other shady websites (also 3rd party amazon sellers can sell fake products too).
