Black shark V2 X registration and activation code

Hello 

So my problem is first i didn’t get a activation code in my box and second when i tried to register my headsets it says its already registered when i never registered it before.
then i checked the app the headsets weren’t registered. then i tried to find supports email and i didn’t find it .
is there anyone here who can help me
