Once the code was requested and used by another user (activated on another RazerID account) - it’s bound to this account and cannot transfer it.

Upon checking the serial number, I've found that the device has already been registered three times, which explains why it's showing as already registered. Please note that products purchased from non-authorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods, which can lead to these types of registration issues.
Please note that application codes, such as the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable. If the code has already been registered and activated, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a new code.
I highly recommend reaching out directly to the reseller from whom you purchased the device. They should be able to assist you further with your concerns and explore potential resolutions. Also, this will be the quickest way for you to get a replacement.
