Amazon 3rd party seller? Or sold directly by amazon? This makes huge difference. You can post some summary image from amazon showing this details.
+1I'd return it. Unfortunately there many problems with blackshark v2 x from 3rd party sellers (cannot register headset, already registered serial number etc.).
Just get it from Amazon directly or official distributor.
