Hey my product code pops up as invalid my serial number is correct i have the proof of purchase and everything needed. please reply i am not able to get 7.1 audio😭. I have everything my V2X was purchased a month ago please...

I'd return it. Unfortunately there many problems with blackshark v2 x from 3rd party sellers (cannot register headset, already registered serial number etc.).

Just get it from Amazon directly or official distributor.
