So I was on live chat for over two hours I've the V3 and Razer state it works wireless and wired but mine doesn't when I try the V3 pro version on Xbox it works wired and wireless has anyone tried they said it's faulty but couldn't answer the one question has anyone tried this headset wired 4 headsets of razor and two didn't work with Xbox if streaming twitch would allow it so rather than sending back to Amazon surly I have the right to use my warranty and get a replacement see if that works or if the information in incorrect so waiting 30 days and will be claiming spent loads on Razer headset and issues with all bar the Black shark V3 pro which is an amazing headset

To quickly fix wired and wireless connection issues with your Razer BlackShark V3 or V3 Pro, perform a clean firmware update, disable the "Ultra-Low Latency" setting in Razer Synapse, or re-pair the headset's wireless dongle. If you’d like to use your Razer BlackShark V3 or V3 Pro wired on your Xbox, simply plug the included 3.5mm audio cable directly into the bottom of your Xbox controller. If you want to connect it wired on a PC, you can either plug the included USB-C cable directly into your computer for digital audio, or use the 3.5mm audio cable.
