Hi,
Just got the blackshark v3 for Christmas and cant get the mic to detect via the USB dongle. step taken so far
- installed synapse v4
- updated the firm ware on the USB and Headset.
- mistakenly installed the thx demo (can not afford this upgrade.
basically from boot i get
Note some times i have to for the blue tooth to connect.
All the guides state that the mic should state blackshark v3 chat but that appears in the outputs of which i have 3 of various quality (the BT out put is trash)
the basic problem is the BT input is very very quite and i have to shout !
any help would be good
