I try to connect the headset to my ps5 with the dongle the dongle is white and the headset sits at a static green.it gives me a option to pick the headset on my ps5 but no sound comes out I don’t know how to fix it cause I don’t have access to a pc for synapse or any of the other utilities

Hello there,
Does the same issue occur while using the 3.5 mm audio connection? You really need a PC to update your headset’s firmware. Feel free to send me a message via PM along with your BlackShark V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
