black V2 2023 Audio Cut Out

I just recently built my first computer. I also just purchased the black shark v2 pro 2023 headset. I have been playing baldurs gate 3 and maybe once every hour the audio will cut out for a split second. Should I replace the headset? If not, what should I do?

Hey! I just started playing BG3 and also noticed the same thing playing with a mate last night but we were talking through Discord so not sure if it’s a BG3 issue or a Headset issue, the cut out was more of a robotic signal cut out so maybe it’s also to do with the wireless connection. I was at the time using THX which BG3 doesn’t support yet, maybe that’s the issue. 
Do you still have the issue? (I know it’s been a long time since asking the question)
