Black widow chroma v2 not responding. help!!

None of my keys does anything when I try to use it all that happens is that the lightning is switched to a one key breathing color effect please help me this is really screwing with me I’ve tried everything from un plugging to removing all existing files of razer synapse an nothings seems to work

Sounds like a hardware issue. Please send me a PM with the serial number of your keyboard so I can verify the warranty status and a short clip detailing the issue.
