Black widow elite not being detected

Anyone got any advice on what to do about my keyboard? I have a black widow elite that was working fine until my pc froze a couple days ago. I did a hard reset and now my keyboard isn't detected detected by synapse 3 anymore. I took it out of demo mode so it lights up now but I can't type. I've tried restarting my pc, reinstalling synapse 3 and my keyboard drivers and restarting my pc. I also hooked it up to my buddies pc and it didn't work for him either. So far nothing has worked.

If the keyboard refuses to work on multiple computers, it's highly likely a hardware problem. For now, please send me the serial number, so I can look into possible firmware-related solutions and check the warranty status. I'd appreciate it if you can share a screenshot of how the keyboard appears on the Device Manager. That'll help me further isolate if this is something we can troubleshoot or if there is a need to look into your RMA options.
