I have bought a brand new black widow keyboard and I have a repeating Key issue that is very intermittent



as the keyboard is a week old and I have updated to the latest Synapse and verified that I am on the latest version of the keyboard firmware V1.01.00 I am not sure there is anything else I can do to resolve this issue.



It is almost unuasable as a work keyboard and in gaming it regularly kills me as I continue to move after I have stopped pressing the key.



I am consdering returning this product , is there any resolution to this as I really like razer products and a keyboard that costs upwards of 100 pounds should not have this type of defect ?
