Black widow Sticky kys still happening even though my board in on the latest version

HI All, I have installed the latest version of razer synapse and I tried the update tool to resolve my issue but I am still having random sticky keys on my Razer Blackwidow keyboard. The updater tool says my version is already V1.01.00 The keyboard is 1 week old so it is definatley a manufacturing problem,Any suggestions to get this fixed or is returning it my only option. as this keyboard is for gaming having random keys pressed is not ideal and it is the totally opposite reason I purchased this keyboard in the first place.

    I'd trest it on other PC, before return. Sometimes it's an software issue. Windows is strange.

      I have reinstalled a brand new windows install on windows 10.0.19042 and the issue still randomly occurs
