I can use dynamic lighting RGB with original firmware.
After firmware updated to latest v1.04, it doesn’t work.
I can’t find the device on the Dynamic Lighting page. But Razer Synapse 3 still works.

Razer released the latest FW in September 25, 2023.

After updated to the latest, the problem solved.
+1It’s still in development by Microsoft, so bugs may occur.
But the device is visible in Synapse? Have you tried reconnecting to other USB port, restarting PC etc?

I tried to find the older version of firmware, but Razer only releases the latest.
This device is visible in Synapse 3.
And I tried reconnecting, restarting PC, reinstalling Win11 insider OS. But still not works.

I have same problem too!! I cannot update my keyboard because it is says” You already have the latest firmware and no update required.
