Black Widow V3 mini bluetooth won’t connect

I’ve connected this to my iPad Pro and laptop before with no problems but now it’ll show ‘unsuccessful, pairing took too long’. This was only bought a few months ago so I’m wondering if there’s anything I’m doing wrong. I’ve updating my iPad Pro and I’ve turned everything off and tried again, charged everything and tried again.

Did you recently updated your iPad or laptop and noticed the problem? For further isolation, try to perform a firmware update by following the steps here. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps. Thanks!
