Black Widow v4 Pro Volume scroll and mute not working

Followed various post instructions: 
1. REVO uninstaller: uninstalled Synapse 4 and Chroma

2. Let REVO clear all file and registry lingering entries
3. Reboot
4. On boot, volume and mute WORK!!!! Holy Jesus!
5. Reinstall Synapse 4, clean install. UNCHECK the install Chroma option.
6. Manage your lighting and options.

For now SUCCESSS. I was going to return to Amazon tomorrow, but now I am thrilled.

Had a HyperX that went bonkers on me. LOVED that keyboard
