Black Widow v4 X

Same here ,and you just get the usual  run around. Wow $250.00 Cnd keyboard with little use .Now rendered useless!  looks like  they are incapable of fixing the problem! The replacement boards seem to be having the same issues.  This will be a mari go round ride  from  ... , well you know!   Just do a  search online and forums and you will see how they are handling   their  keyboard problem with their  “customers.”.  We  will be wrinkly  old men and women without any hair  left  before it gets resolved  . I hear the hair goes first though!
