Black Window x Chroma only shows up as razer bootloader

I have a problem after the windows update. I plugged in and out my keyboard while changing my setup position. now my keyboard just wont light up at all. It’s treated as an USB where i can right click to eject “razer bootloader” its recognized in device manager as razer bootloader. I tried reinstalling the driver. updating it using the updater from Razer website. i tried reinstalling the razer synapse but none of it actually worked. I even reset my pc to a restore point i had from earlier time where the keyboard was working but it didnt work either. its been 2 weeks for me trying to find a fix for this and im frustrated about my keyboard. I have “Blackwidow X Chroma” keyboard i had for years and its functioning really well til this happened!
