Blackeidow V4 X Holding key down but stops responding

Hi, I’ve noticed that I’ll be holding the F key down while playing a game and it stops responding.  I confirmed on notepad.  Is there any fix?  Seems to be hardware related because if I move my finger around while holding it down it will occur more frequently.
