I recently bought a Blade 16 Laptop. I have not yet received any activation code for the Black Myth game. What can I do? How much time does it usually take for them to send the code?

I’m having the same issue. I filed a chargeback with my credit card company since I still have no resolution on this. Razer has still not responded in any way.
Since when have you had this problem? Does Razer Support not check these queries?
I first asked (via email) on 8/17, then posted on this forum on 8/19. It doesn’t seem like these are being answered, hence the chargeback to try and force some resolution.
I saw an older thread from a month ago from someone else with the same query with no response. Awful support - I’m not seeing any other avenue to get a hold of someone at Razer.
