I have had my laptop for a little over a year or so now, and my laptop had a blue screen and now won't turn on. Yet the laptop turns on and the keyboard lights up but the screen reminds black any way for assistance?

    Your best would be to send it in for repair if it no longer boots to the desktop. There's not much that we can do from here, but send me a message with the serial number of the laptop so I can help you isolate the issue. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
