Hi, I got a problem with my headset which is a Blackshark v2 hyperspeed.
The problem is when i try to listen any music or any sound (except when I’m testing mine) like I start to play and instantly paused it and IDK why? Can anyone help me pls.

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try and update its firmware. If the issue still persists, then send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds along the way.
