BlackShark already registered to another account I don't know

So I have a blackshark v2 that I bought on March 21, 2024 and yesterday when I went to register with my account, I couldn't and I was surprised to learn that the product had already been registered to an unknown account, which is strange because I bought the sealed headset and I didn't register it in my account, so I tried to contact support, but without success and so far I haven't heard from them, so I was hoping to contact Razer support here and ask for help so I I can finally link my headset to my personal account.
