My usb dongle suddenly stopped working, when connected via usb it briefly gives a dim green light and then shuts off. Windows has given a “Usb device not recognized” error. I have tried rebooting, reinstalling synapse & drivers, switched usb ports but to no avail. Headset can be used wired and with regular bluetooth mode but the dongle just doesn’t work.
