I have blackshark v2 pro headphones, recently there is a problem with the mute button. After muting the microphone, when I try to turn it on, the microphone doesn't work, I have to turn the headphones off and on again and then the microphone works. Or unplug and replug the USB stick.I have tried updating the firmware, updating Synapse 4, even completely my computer and built a new one with a fresh install and still, just about every time I mute, I can no longer unmute. I’m about to throw these in the trash its so frustrating.

Don´t expect a solution from razer.
What works 4 me:
- press and hold the mute button on your headset
- klick unmute in synapse (if already on unmute then klick mute and then unmute again
- release headset button
I know that this isn´t a great solution but you don´t have to unplug or turn off your headset.
