I've been using my headset to a wired connection for about 6 months now; after attempting to switch back to dongle mode my headset anytime the power button is pressed will say “power off” over and over again, I've tried to factory reset the headset and connect to razor synapse, but since the headset is unable to turn on I'm unable to. Is their anyway to fix this? Thank you for your time and any help is very appreciated!

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you clean the power button with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the power button issue you're currently experiencing.
