I use a razer blackshark v2 and I was wondering if filtering speech was a feature or if my headset was broken. When I try to play games or listen to anything, it filters out the words but not anything else so I just hear backround music usually. I know it's only a problem with my headset because when I unplugged it from my pc, I could watch a youtube video without every single word getting filtered. Is there anyway to stop the filtering?

When did this problem start to occur? Does this also happen without Synapse running in the background? For now, let's try to clean reinstall your Razer Synapse by following the steps from this page.
