Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blackshark V2's concern here. That's saddening. Was there any incident that happened to your headset? Any physical damage is seen on the device as well? Please send me a video showing the issue. Save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive and paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.

I have the same problem as well. My right cup rattles when there is a bass type beat. I also have the BlackShark v2. I recently got it and have not done any physical damage to it.

Hi there! Thanks for sharing your headset's concern here. Does the audio quality/rattling happen while the headset is connected to your computer via a 3.5mm port? Also, does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed? If it's feasible, please connect the device to a different computer then observe.

For some weird reasons I only faced problems after having the headset after one month of use.I sent them back to my reseller and got them replaced with new ones and after a month again im having problems with its "uneven" clamping force on my head causing soreness on my left ear since the headset cushion are touching the tips of my ears.On the new set I noticed that my earcups are not alligned equally and probably causing the soreness on my left ear.So I decided to send them back yesterday and let the technician test them and he agrees with me that the clamping force feels uneven.

Please let me know if you get the replacement headset from your reseller.
Same issue here on my right earcup. At low frequencies I can hear a rattle like something is not properly glued?! Also no physical damage as I ve got it for like two days. By the time posting I have the newest versions of synapse installed.

Thanks for posting your device's concern here too. Should the issue persist even after updating the Razer Synapse 3 and by connecting the headset to a different computer, it's a possible hardware issue. If you are living outside the US, please contact your reseller to get a faster replacement. Else, send me a PM so I can assist you to submit a case. I'll be locking this thread now.
