Hello, for christmas i received the razer blackshark v2 with usb sound card, it works great, amazing audio quality and the audio was too before it decided to break while the mic was not damaged no shock or bad handling, I tried everything but the problem is hardware, on all the devices that I tested the microphone does not work, I tried to plug another microphone into the Jack port of my headset and it worked well, am I the only one having this problem?

    Hey guys! PM me the serial number of your device along with a copy of your proof of purchase. I can use those to check if there's a model-specific fix for this problem and verify its warranty status. For now, isolate the issue by following the steps on this page.
