blackshark v2 bT sound ceases when i start a game,

When paired to Bluetooth, headset will cease functioning when I start any games approximately 30 seconds in. I’ve repaired, reset. This occurs on my rog ally x

You’re experiencing the same concern as others as this issue is known to occur on the ROG Ally X due to Bluetooth drivers conflict with Windows power settings, where the system prioritizes power savings over a stable connection, causing the headset to disconnect when a game initiates audio/microphone, a known issue on the platform. Have you tried contacting ASUS ROG Ally X support team?
