Blackshark V2 dongle not connecting to computer

What the title says, it worked initially, then after turning off my computer it refuses to connect, or windows refuses to connect to it. I’ve uninstalled the drivers, I’ve installed the razer utilities and the same thing happens. I disconnect the dongle, and when reconnected it briefly flashes a weak green and my computer makes the “device connected” sound followed immediately by the “device disconnected” sound and the dongle goes dead. The headset works in Bluetooth mode, but I would like to use the dongle, can I get a replacement?

I understand that your dongle is not connecting to your computer/PC. Could you please confirm if the issue occur with or without Razer Synapse running in the background? 

Please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
