Blackshark V2 Gaming Headset (ISSUIE)

Bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset in February last year, and it was working perfectly fine at first. But recently I’ve started facing some serious issues.

The microphone is barely picking up my voice (sometimes not working at all), and the sound quality has noticeably dropped audio feels unclear and distorted during gaming and calls and nose suppression ain't working 

I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting:

• Checked different devices

• Reinstalled audio drivers

• Tested different ports

• Adjusted sound settings

But the issue still persists.

Hey ​@autowireAzure130,

It does seem that your headset might already be defective. Can you send me a PM with the serial number together with a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can validate your warranty entitlement? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
