The problem is : mic is working, but there is no sound after downloading an update for Razer Synaps (i didn’t download it for a while so I don’t know exactly from which version). There exists only 1 way to hear a sound from headphones is to use “Sidetone” in windows and that’s it. And it is a sign that they work properly, but there is no sound .And it is not the problem of laptop, because there is a sound, when i use  I tried a lot of things: i used different drivers, different versions of synaps, i rebooted laptop abou 20 times and there is still no result. PLS!!! help me smbd.

Try clean reinstall (if you have other Razer apps like 7.1 Surround / THX Spatial - uninstall them too).

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

I solved this problem, so if smbd will have the same problem: you need to turn off windows sound improver and spatial sound ( go settings → system → sound → your headset). Because they turned on automatically ( i don’t know why) and right after turning them off , sound came back.
