My headset is connected to my laptop. I can receive and transmit sound. However, when I connect it to my phone via Bluetooth, there is no sound. I can answer calls with the button on the headset, but there is no sound. I couldn't connect it to my laptop via Bluetooth either.

My headphones are connected to my laptop. I can receive and send audio. However, when I connect them to my phone via Bluetooth, there's no sound. I can answer calls with the button on the headphones, but there's no sound. I couldn't connect them to my laptop via Bluetooth either. They didn't connect to any other phones either.

Please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase for a possible warranty claim.
