My headset randomly disconnected a couple hours ago while i was watching a video, and while i was able to get it to reconnect, every so often it keeps doing the same thing. In device manager, when it stops working i think, there is a new device called "unknown usb device(device descriptor request failed)". Windows shows code 43 in device manager. Booting into safe mode also did not help. If this is a hardware issue, which i hope it is not, what can I do?
