Good afternoon, I have a problem: my BlackShark v2 HyperSpeed ​​headphone dongle won't connect. I tried it on different computers, but when I connect, an error pops up saying Windows can't recognize the device.

Then may be damaged. I’d RMA if you still have valid warranty for the headset.

From what I heaard that is a common problem,the only solution might be replacing the dongle.
