Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed Dongle not working

I bought the Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed headphones just a couple of months ago, and recently the dongle stops working after just a couple of minutes.

I tried updating all software and firmware, but the issue persists.

Is there something else I can do?
