Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed Dongle not working anymore

I've had this headset for quite some time now and I have been using it on my PC and my PS5. It has always been working perfectly until about an hour ago when I turned it off for a few minutes since I needed to do something but I kept the PC on. When I came back and turned on the headset, it did not work. I found out, that the headset is now connected via bluetooth and not the dongle. I just tested it on the PS5 and it also does not recognize the dongle. There is a faint light coming from it so I suppose it is still getting power but no matter what I do, it does not pair with my headset again. I've already reinstalled all the Razer applications and tries every USB slot on both ps5 and pc but no changes. The pairing utility also does not recognise it, therefore I cannot renew the connection between dongle and headset. I have no idea what else to do, I hope someone else had this problem and figured it out.
