Hello! I’ve had my headset for 2 years and my dongle recently stopped working. The cable and the headset are functioning properly, so I am looking to see if I can get a replacement dongle. Thank you!

Let me check on that. Is the dongle still detected in the Device Manager? Can you send me a PM with the serial number together with your location/country so I can verify it in our system and go over our inventory?
