Everytime I plug in the dongle I get the windows message “usb device not recognized”. I’ve tried doing everything that I have found online, but nothing seems to work. What should I do to fix this issue?

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the warranty status.
