Blackshark v2 hyperspeed dongle usb device not recognized

As the title suggests, I am pretty sure my dongle is broken. How can I avail if any warranty is possible (bought nov. 11 2024). And incase there is no warranty, where can I buy one? (tried datablitz,gameone) 

Troubleshoots that i’ve tried
-tried the Razer Headset Pairing Utility
-tried connecting to different usb ports (also tried connecting to usb hubs)
-tried reinstalling drivers in Device Manager
