BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed dongle "USB Not Recognized"

I’ve been using my headset everyday no problems, its charged properly, kept clean, and i am very careful with the dongle. THe issue is I tried to connect it like usual today, i gently unplug my headset, and plug in the dongle to make it wireless, and now it keeps saying USB not recognized. Ive switched ports and everything, nothing works, and now im stressing as this headset is barely 4 months old.

    Any solution yet? Mine has been this way out of the box since I got it in September
