My Blackshark v2 hyperspeed headset does not work unless its connected to the pc via the usb.
When I remove the usb from the headset it stops working, I can’t turn it on if the usb is connected to the dongle.
The battery is stuck on 35%, but I am guessing that its actually at 0% and the battery could be dead.
I have tried charging it with a adapter and a different cable, but the battery % does not change.
