Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed keep disconnecting and low volume via bluetooth

I bought the Razer V2 HyperSpeed ​​device and I am very happy to use it on the computer, but when I connect it to my phone via Bluetooth, the sound is low and it turns off after a few minutes. I am very upset that this device, which I bought because I can connect it to my phone. Should I send it to technical service? Does anyone have the same problem? Also, there are no headphones in the Razer application on the phone. Will there be an update? If it does, will it be fixed?

I just bought them today and had the same problem. It has something to do with the recognition of the headphones by your phone. I unpaired the headphones and paired them again and it worked fine. 


I had to do it a couple of times for it to work, but the fix for me was as CORALpolyDeepMaroon821 said.
