I bought the Razer V2 HyperSpeed device and I am very happy to use it on the computer, but when I connect it to my phone via Bluetooth, the sound is low and it turns off after a few minutes. I am very upset that this device, which I bought because I can connect it to my phone. Should I send it to technical service? Does anyone have the same problem? Also, there are no headphones in the Razer application on the phone. Will there be an update? If it does, will it be fixed?
