blackshark v2 hyperspeed mic not working when pluged by dongle

when i was using it everything was good but when i restarted pc day later mic just stopped working for some reason but when i connect it by bluetooth its working

    im having this same issue. except in my case, windows isnt even SEEING the mic. but yet when i connect via bluetooth, everything works as intended

    The same thing happened to me today, my mic works perfectly when using BT or USB but when using the dongle it doesn’t work, Windows detects the mic for all modes.

    My OS is Windows 11.

    The sound output works perfectly any way I connect it.
