Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed microphone unusable while wireless

I have recently come to the issue of my microphone on the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed no longer working or constantly cutting in and out when using it wireless by the dongle. I mainly use this device wireless and do not enjoy the cable always having to be plugged in for a working microphone. Does anyone know what could've caused this and what I can do to solve this issue? Fyi, I have not done any updates on my computer beforehand, it just randomly broke down when I started up my computer someday.
