BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed power button doesn't work

Hello,

I am currently experiencing problems with my BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed. When I try to turn the headphones on, nothing happens, but when I had my headphones connected to the compuer and pressed the power button, it actually unpaused / paused the spotify I had open. When I connect it to the computer, it says “device is switched off”. I’ve tried to restart the computer and to update the firmware but it did not help.

Does anybody know how I can fix this?

Hi Juicer8,

Was the headset working before? When did you notice the issue? Were there any incidents that happened to your headset prior to the issue? i.e. dropped. Please send me a PM with your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options.
