My headset ran out of battery so I charged it over night. After disconnecting the cable I was not able to turn on the headset anymore. It just worked with connecting it to my PC via cable. The light is always constant red since then. When I disconnect the cable it says “power off”. After two days, the audio started to turn off completly from time to time. It worked again by plugging it out and in again. That kept happening over and over again.
I tried to update the firmware from 1.4.2 to the new 1.7.0. Now it kinda works … the blackouts stopped but the sound is barely to hear and Synapse does not recognize the headset anymore. I also still can not turn on the headset on while whireless.
Is the headset just broken or is there something I can do to fix it? Thank you very much for any kind of help.
