BlackShark v2 hyperspeed serial number

I can't find the serial number.I removed the ear pad on the left side of the headset and found no trace of a serial number. All I found was IC and FCC ID with a bunch of random letters and numbers that doesn’t make up a 15 alphanumeric characters serial number. I currently very frustrated from this issue since I’m currently having trouble with the dongle connection. I would like to contact support but i can’t because I can’t find the serial number
